Indochino

I started shopping at Indochino in the beginning of August. I bought several dress shirts and Fab was amazing. He was very patient and understanding of how I liked my shirts fitted. Anytime I get something altered, Fab always makes it right and it is one of the most satisfying experiences shopping there knowing that he's always looking out for the costumer to make them happy. I've placed numerous orders since and will continue to do so. Excellent customer service and great dress shirts. Thank you Fab!

This portion of the review relates to booking the fitting, staff and the fitting itself. Will update when suits arrive. I require suits for work. I wear stuff you sometimes have to hide in your suit, so require custom options, I made note of this in my reservation. I arrived early and was introduced to B, super nice guy and ran me through the colors and options, what fabric based.on wear frequency and friction with metal... anywho. Also picked out colours of fabric and liner. I need to have dark suits, but the liner can be pretty, I went with flamingos for one and purple flowers for the other. Guys gotta feel pretty sometimes, eh. Mo arrived during the fitting and let me tell you, that guy is nice, professional and caring. Finding a suit for a 6'5" 230lbs gent with 17in biceps is not the easiest. These guys made me feel pretty, and looking forward to suit arrivals. Now to wait for the suits to arrive. MTF

Good experience! Went to pick out a tie for a gift, and found a decent selection of colors and styles for a very reasonable price (all 100% silk for roughly $50) along with bowties, cufflinks, etc.. Also wrapped in a gift box free of charge. Sales assistant was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. They also have lots of materials on display that you can make custom suits with.

This place is the BOMB!!! Located at the rideau centre .. Came here with the hubby to customize a tailor made suit. We had to make an appointment and got Fabi. He is amazing !! He knows everything and anything about suits. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and makes you feel extremely comfortable the whole way through. He brings you to the fabrics first and makes you pick the colours the schemes , the pockets , the customized buttons cuffs everything is so detailed it's insane ! I like that it's one price and nothing else no extra's just one set price and everything and anything you chose is part of your price. The sizes go up to like a 60 size waist which is pretty cool as everyone is welcome here. The prices here are super reasonable for the quality you get! Service is extraordinarily and now the only thing we have to wait for is the suit.. ahaha the measurements were all taken and everything was picked out so all is left now is to wait for the final product .. will complete this review when We receive the final product. Uodate on my review below. I ordered about 3 weeks ago. They told me it was taking longer these days for delivery. Exepct 5-6 weeks, was what I was told. Well under 4 weeks and today I received my order. The pants and vest fit perfectly. The suit jacket needs a minor adjustment, but the store had said they do itt there when required. Overall first impression is it looks good, fits great. I have added pics of how package arrived. ----- This review is for the booking, selection, and fitting for a new suit. Overall it was an easy process, although they could have explained it better. They ask you what type of collar you want and types of pockets. Take the time to show me, this is all new and I don't know what is what between collars or pocket styles. In my next review I will show off the results of my visit, with the new suit, once it is delivered. Don't forget this store is a made to order suit store, and it does take 4 to 6 weeks before yiu get delivery, so plan ahead, or choose off the rack somewhere else if you are in a huŕry.

Went to Indochino in may to get a suit made for me for my best friends wedding coming up in October. Suit was mailed out to me within a month. I then went to get alterations done and Moe made it happen. As a woman I found it super difficult to find somewhere to get a suit made for me with exactly the right measurements. We had the best experience. Moe was amazing, professional and all around a great person to work with. Would recommend him and the Ottawa Indochino location 100%! Thanks again Moe. :)

What an amazing place. Employees know exactly what they are doing. If you need a new suit, not only do they have amazing prices, they are also professional, courteous, and friendly making your shopping a unique experience. My fiance ended up using their amazing two suit deal and purchased his groom suit as well as a fun blue suit for other occasions. Their suits are made-to-measure, using high quality fabric, and every customization you can possibly think of. Simple yet complicated questions asked by staff are used to create your unique suit to your taste and standards.

My (soon to be) husband and I went into this location today for him to get measured for his suit so it could be ordered for our upcoming wedding. The customer service from Martley and Badr was phenomenal!!! The two of them made this experience so great. They were kind, patient, explained every single possible customization option to us, they treated us like people (and not just a sale), and my husband was so happy when we left.
